This song is about the end of Melanie's relationship with a boy. The relationship was uneven, and there were moments when Melanie was only focusing on the sweet parts. However, she realized how bitter and sour the relationship really was, and consequently, the relationship ended. Melanie said that "it is the final song on the Dollhouse EP because it sums up the whole EP."
